Park Place Realty, LLC is a Nevada-licensed real estate brokerage (License: B.143790), founded by Jesse Fonseca. We operate from a physical office at 400 S. Jones Blvd. in Las Vegas and serve Clark County — Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Enterprise, Paradise.
For mortgage financing services, Jesse is also Branch Manager at Geneva Financial, LLC (NMLS# 42056), an independent mortgage company. The two companies are legally separate; they work in parallel when a family needs both services. The separation exists for your protection.
English or Spanish, same office, same Jesse. Every conversation, every document, every closing — in whichever language the family is most comfortable. Most clients prefer Spanish; all receive the same team, with no difference.
